Free standard shipping on every showerhead and bundle. Filter-only orders under $70 ship for a flat $8. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Standard delivery is typically 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do I need to send it back?

No. We won't ask you to send back the showerhead or any unused filters. You keep them.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email support@veilshower.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost, or refund you in full — your choice.

Can I cancel my order?

Any time before it ships. Email us as soon as you can and we'll stop the order if it hasn't already left our fulfillment partner.
